These Terms govern the Chief’s Dirtworks website and text messaging program. A website estimate, quote request, or preferred visit date does not create a service contract or confirmed appointment.
Website and quote terms
Planning estimates are non-binding and may change after review of access, quantities, utilities, soil, slope, disposal, and site conditions. Final scope, pricing, payment terms, and schedules are established separately. You agree to provide accurate information and only upload photos you have the right to provide.
Chief’s Dirtworks SMS Messaging Terms
Program: Chief’s Dirtworks Quote & Scheduling Messages
Use case type: Conversational customer care and account/service notifications; not unsolicited marketing.
Campaign description: Customers request a project quote or site visit on our website and separately check an unchecked SMS consent box. Chief’s Dirtworks sends messages directly related to that request, including submission confirmations, project-scope questions, site-visit coordination, schedule changes, and service updates.
End-user consent and opt-in
The user enters a mobile number and affirmatively checks the SMS consent checkbox before submitting the quote form. The disclosure identifies Chief’s Dirtworks and the message purpose; states that frequency varies, message/data rates may apply, and consent is not a condition of purchase; explains STOP and HELP; and links to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. The checkbox is not preselected. Consent applies only to the supplied number and is not sold or transferred.
Message contents
Messages identify Chief’s Dirtworks and may include a quote reference, service, project ZIP, estimate, requested visit time, scheduling updates, and links to our Messaging Terms and Privacy Policy. Frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt-out, help, and keywords
STOP: Reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to opt out. You may receive one confirmation and no further messages unless you opt in again.
Chief’s Dirtworks: You have been unsubscribed and will receive no further text messages. Reply START to opt in again.
HELP: Reply HELP or INFO for assistance.

Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful content, or violate another person’s rights.
Disclaimers and liability
The site is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chief’s Dirtworks is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages from use of the site.
Law and changes
These Terms are governed by North Carolina and applicable federal law. We may update them by posting a revised version and effective date.
